Vivent is building an integrated climate ecosystem - connecting farmers, rocks, biomass, and ocean chemistry into a single, self-reinforcing engine for carbon removal and clean energy.
Most climate solutions operate in isolation. Vivent is built differently - each entity feeds the next, creating a circular system where carbon removal, agricultural regeneration, and clean energy reinforce each other at every step.
Farmers aggregate through Vivent Carbon. Basalt transforms their soils through Vivent Earth. Their biomass waste powers Vivent Energy, which captures CO₂ and returns value back to the ecosystem. Nothing is wasted. Every tonne counts twice.
Vivent Carbon is the connective tissue of the ecosystem. It aggregates smallholder farmers into verified carbon programmes, provides technical support for regenerative agriculture, and creates the supply chain that feeds both Vivent Earth's ERW deployments and Vivent Energy's biomass feedstock.
Farmers gain access to carbon revenue, better market linkages for their produce, and subsidised inputs - while the ecosystem gains scale, data, and certified land for ERW application.
Vivent Earth deploys Enhanced Rock Weathering across farmland in the Western Ghats of India and is expanding to Australia and South East Asia. Finely crushed Deccan basalt is spread on farmland, where monsoon rainfall triggers a geological reaction that permanently removes CO₂ from the atmosphere.
The same reaction that locks away carbon also releases calcium, magnesium, and silica - rebuilding depleted soils, raising pH, boosting yields, and reducing fertiliser dependence. Carbon flows from field to soil to river to ocean, tracked every step of the way.
Vivent Energy closes the loop. Agricultural biomass waste - aggregated by Vivent Carbon and enriched by Vivent Earth's mineral programme - is converted into BioLNG, a carbon-neutral liquid fuel. The CO₂ captured in the process is not vented; it is compressed and injected into brine formations for permanent geological storage.
The result is a fuel that is both carbon-negative in lifecycle terms and economically competitive - delivering clean energy to shipping, transport, and industrial customers while generating additional carbon credits that flow back into the ecosystem.
The Vivent ecosystem is designed so that the output of each entity becomes an input for another - creating compounding value and making the entire system more efficient over time.
Carbon aggregates verified farmland and farmer cooperatives, providing the enrolled land base and logistical network for Vivent Earth's basalt deployment at scale.
Carbon's biomass aggregation programme collects agricultural waste - rice husks, crop residue, organic matter - and channels it as feedstock into Vivent Energy's BioLNG conversion process.
ERW improves soil health and crop yields on enrolled farms, increasing the agricultural productivity and income of Vivent Carbon's farmer network - making the programme more attractive and retaining farmers.
Healthier, higher-yielding soils produce more biomass per hectare. The mineral-enriched crops from ERW-treated land generate greater volumes of harvestable organic waste for Energy's feedstock supply.
Revenue from BioLNG sales and CO₂ brine injection credits flows back into the ecosystem, supplementing carbon revenues paid to farmers through Vivent Carbon and improving programme economics.
CO₂ sequestration data from brine injection complements Vivent Earth's Farm-to-Ocean carbon accounting, enabling a combined, multi-pathway carbon removal claim that strengthens the ecosystem's credit quality.
Because each entity amplifies the others, the ecosystem's combined impact exceeds the sum of its parts - in carbon removed, land regenerated, and livelihoods improved.
