It depends on the solution and site complexity. Single-solution retrofits like water recovery can move from feasibility to construction in months. Larger integrated platforms spanning multiple pillars take longer, simply because there's more to design and finance.
Either. Our Asset Ownership & Financing service line lets us own and operate infrastructure on your site under a BOO or BOOT structure, or we can deliver it under EPC and hand it over for you to own and run yourself.

It depends on the outcome. Water and waste solutions are measured against agreed performance metrics in the operating contract. Carbon and environmental outcomes go through full MRV (measurement, reporting and verification) against recognised registries and standards.
