Vivent Group was founded with the insight that sustainable agriculture — specifically, cooperative-scale regenerative farming — represented an underserved opportunity. The agricultural thesis was that producing sustainably and selling conventionally was a false choice. Vivent Agri was established to prove otherwise.

Recognising the Energy Opportunity

As Vivent Agri built its cooperative network, a secondary opportunity became clear: agricultural biomass and organic waste streams represented a significant, untapped clean energy resource. Vivent Energy was established to convert these feedstocks into industrial-grade renewable energy, dramatically increasing the value of agricultural outputs.

With two divisions generating measurable soil carbon and biomass sequestration outcomes, the carbon opportunity became compelling. Vivent Carbon was created to quantify, verify, and commercialise these outcomes — creating a third revenue stream from the environmental value already being generated by the other two divisions.
